- If you decide to cancel our services before we have completed any work for you, you will be entitled to a full refund of any payments made.
- If you abandon the project after we have started working on it, we will bill you for the work that has been completed up to that point. Any payments made beyond this amount will be refunded.
Dissatisfaction with Our Services:
- If you are not satisfied with our services, please let us know as soon as possible. We will work with you to understand the issues and address them to your satisfaction. If we are unable to meet your needs, we will refund any payments made for that specific service.
No Refunds for Completed Services:
- Once we have completed a service, we cannot offer a refund for that specific service. However, if there are any issues with the service, we will work with you to address them.
- If you are eligible for a refund, we will process it within 7 business days of the refund request. The refund will be issued in the same form as the original payment.
